We collect and display information about these programs but do not offer direct interaction between users and Florida soccer clubs. Our platform simply facilitates access to club information, such as emails and websites.

3. User Eligibility

There are no specific age requirements for using SoccerPath. However, parents or guardians must manage the accounts of minors.

4. Subscription Plans

For Parents:

  • Standard: Unlimited searches and be part of the community. Free
  • Premium: Includes all Standard benefits, plus access to a Soccer Data Tracker for the child and other AI technology. $99/year or $10/month.

For Florida soccer Clubs:

  • Freemium: Clubs are listed and visible in the marketplace.
  • Standard: Includes Freemium benefits, plus access to a call center for answering parent questions and receiving leads. $1990/year or $99/month

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are not available once a payment has been made.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

SoccerPath provides information collected from clubs and programs, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this information. We are not responsible for the quality of the programs listed, and users should independently verify the details before making decisions.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

SoccerPath does not offer any user-generated content features at this time, so no licensing of user content is applicable.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

We may use your email to send information about relevant clubs and programs. For more details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Accounts

If a user opts for split payments and fails to make a payment, SoccerPath reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account until the full payment is received.

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through standard arbitration procedures, in accordance with U.S. laws. Arbitration is mandatory and must be conducted in [Your State].
