Piedmont Recreation Association's mission is to impress upon young people the benefits of physical fitness within the concept of competitive team sports and the rules of the sport. [Members of the association shall be members of good moral character who are interested in the promotion of the goals of the association. Members must reside within specific boundaries set by the organizations with which we are affiliated.
