STARS - YOUTH RECREATIONAL SOCCER WHAT: STARS is a recreational soccer program administered by the Emerald Coast Rush competitive youth travel soccer club. Consistent with Club Development programs around the world, this program is designed to maximize development, touches, playing time, and (most importantly) fun for kids at all levels of play.
